Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the Brazilian market.Establish annual sales targets, decompose them into monthly and quarterly milestones, and ensure timely, high-quality fulfillment.Monitor market dynamics in real time, actively acquire new customers, and broaden business channels.Lead commercial negotiations, draft and sign sales contracts, and manage the entire pipeline including order follow-up, delivery, collection, and after-sales service.Analyze regional PV policies and market trends to provide a solid data foundation for corporate business decisions.Independently build and manage long-term, high-value client portfolios.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Energy, Business Administration, or Marketing.Minimum 5 years of solid sales experience specifically in the PV module or solar industry, with a proven track record.Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with outstanding cross-cultural commu...
