We are looking for a Senior Manager – APAC Sales with 10–16 years of experience in the recruitment/staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in acquiring and managing clients across the APAC region, with a strong focus on IT staffing and recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business development and client acquisition across the APAC region.
• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, HR leaders, and key decision-makers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure seamless client servicing.
• Achieve revenue targets and contribute to business growth.
