Maria Nilsdotter is now looking for a Senior Sales Advisor for our store at Steen & Strøm, Oslo. As a Sales Advisor, you are an important ambassador for Maria Nilsdotter and you provide a unique and personalised customer experience. We believe that you connect with people easily and that customer contact comes naturally to you. You are responsive and give all customers the same attention and service. Your main responsibility is to ensure best in class customer service and daily work with Maria Nilsdotter clienteling program and your own customer base.
In addition to daily sales and customer service responsibilities, this position includes opening and closing the store, jewellery care, inventory management, cashier duties, and other related tasks You are responsible for ensuring that the store is presentable and tidy and that the jewellery is presented in a desirable way. You are an important part of the team and help the store manager with the daily work.
