Senior Safety Advocate – High-Impact Victim Support

Lyft’s Safety Team is seeking a caring and empathetic professional to join the highest level of Safety response, assisting victims of traumatic incidents and supporting their recovery.

You will serve as subject-matter expert for Safety-related matters, communicating confidently and escalating where needed, while partnering with the Operations Center and Communications teams to keep customers informed.
