Our client is a fast‑growing fintech scaling the engineering team behind its institutional trading platform. We’re looking for a senior Rust engineer to take ownership of critical backend infrastructure and help shape how the platform performs at scale.
What You'll Do- Design and build the architecture of mission‑critical platform services, using Rust as the primary language
- Own the reliability and efficiency of data pipelines that directly support revenue‑generating operations, balancing performance against infrastructure cost
- Identify bottlenecks and lead performance‑tuning initiatives across backend systems, enabling the team to ship improvements quickly
