Senior RN Unit Coordinator – Aged Care Leadership

Heritage Lifecare’s Puriri Court Lifecare in Whangarei is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join as Unit Coordinator. You will provide clinical leadership, mentor staff, and collaborate with families and GPs to ensure top-quality resident care.

The role is permanent full‑time (32+ hours), with AM/PM and weekend shifts, and you will be supported by the Clinical Services Manager in delivering exceptional care and mentoring a diverse team.
