Daily Responsibilities:
Partner with First Line teams to perform business impact assessments for new and evolving regulatory requirements Act as a key liaison between the First and Second Lines of Defense to translate regulatory obligations into implementation plans, internal controls, and operational processes Support First Line of Defense teams with the development of effective action plans to resolve outstanding risk issues Work closely with the HR Project Management Office (PMO) to support and monitor the progress of large-scale regulatory remediation and implementation initiatives Coordinate the management of regulatory compliance issues, including issue intake, remediation planning, progress monitoring, and tracking of corrective actions to closure Develop presentation materials for internal st...
