Responsibilities

• Identify new marketing opportunities and work with supporting teams in scoping and implementing each opportunity.
• Execute briefs, projects and initiatives that support the cross-sell and conversion strategy. Plan projects in conjunction with relevant stakeholders. Monitor and evaluate the success of every project and recycle learnings as required.
• Aim to execute on player journeys that improve and deliver optimal retention rates for the organisation’s products. Fully responsible to execute, analyse and act on learnings and business requirements; maximise return on investment and retention rates.
