Senior Retail Stores Trainer

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a senior Training Captain with strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and deep training expertise to elevate the athlete and consumer experience across LATAM.
This role has a regional, multi-channel scope and plays a critical role in connecting retail execution with Nike Athlete Experience (NAX) priorities.
The Training Captain will act as a training expert, change leader, and strategic partner, ensuring teams are trained, prepared, and confident to deliver premium service, operational excellence and product knowledge.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
