Senior Residential PM: Multi-Site Ground-Up Projects (Boston)

AlphaX is hiring a Senior Residential Superintendent / Project Manager to lead complex residential construction projects in the Boston area.

The candidate will independently manage two to three active projects, coordinating with owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure safe, on-time, high-quality delivery. Experience with urban, historic, and ground-up residential work is required.
