Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage Supervision Team including planning roster shift duties based on Contractor's work schedules and oversee leave arrangements.
- Provide supervision services for all M&E works to ensure that contractors comply with contract/authorities'/agencies' requirements.
- Work with the QP(D) / QP(S) to resolve all design and technical issues arising from the construction of Temporary Works and Permanent Works.
- Review and comment on Contractors' proposals, method statements and designs.
- Lead the REs and RTOs to check all drawings (including shop drawings, construction drawings) and specifications for discrepancies and to report to the QP(S), Contractors or the OIC.
- Overview of the quality system implementation, materials approval and compliance testing procedures.
- Monitor project progress, coordinate with scheduler and propose measures to ensure timely completion.
