Senior Resident Engineer (Data Centre)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Resident Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance, and reliability of critical data centre infrastructure. The successful candidate will act as the on-site technical lead, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and compliance of all data centre systems, including power, cooling, electrical, mechanical, and building management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations of critical data centre infrastructure and facilities.
• Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of electrical, mechanical, and support systems.
• Monitor and maintain UPS systems, generators, switchgear, transformers, PDUs, HVAC, CRAC/CRAH units, and cooling systems.
• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical equipment failures and operational incidents.
