# Senior Reservations ConsultantThis role forms part of the Travel Support department within the Village n Life hospitality group, based at Pezula Nature Retreat in Knysna.**The Role**As Senior Reservations Consultant, you’ll manage reservations, quotations, guest communication and upselling to contribute to revenue generation across Village n Life properties while supporting the Travel Support Manager with escalations, team support and training of team members.This is a fast-paced hospitality sales and reservations role suited to someone highly organised, commercially minded and passionate about guest service.
