Expand your leadership in software research as a Senior Research Director at IDC. Focus on software channels and enhance vendor partnerships through strategic insights.
As a pivotal member of IDC's Worldwide Channels & Ecosystems team, you will lead the Software Channels research program, ensuring its success through well-crafted agendas and client engagement. You’ll manage research outputs and drive two Leadership Councils yearly, presenting critical insights to external audiences. In addition, you'll participate in collaborative research efforts across IDC initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Steer the Software Channels Research program and direction
• Handle client inquiries and renewals effectively
• Present findings during two annual Leadership Councils
• Develop tailored custom research for clients
