Independently plan, perform, and optimize purification workflows of multispecific antibody therapeutics using AKTA (FPLC) systems, gravity flow columns, and high-throughput plate-based methods
Perform analytical and biophysical characterization of antibodies and other protein therapeutics for quality control, stability, and developability studies.
Plan, execute, and evaluate binding studies using SPR, BLI, Kinexa and/or flow cytometry methods, either independently or in collaboration with teammates
Analyze and review data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations for future investigations
Initiate and execute novel methods and/or suggest innovative and impactful changes to methods independently or in collaboration with team members
Participate in cross-departmental collaborative activities and present data at departmental and project team meetings
