Officer - R&D The Opportunity: . The Opportunity: The Sr. Officer - R&D will perform experiments for the development of immunodiagnostic products, mainly ELISA and rapid card assays. The role includes performing molecular testing of clinical samples as required, data organization, updating R&D records, supporting technology transfer and process establishment, preparing sample panel banks, and managing inventory, including updates and ordering. What We’re Looking For: Education – M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Medical Laboratory Technology. Experience – Minimum 2 – 5 Years of experience is required. Demonstrates strong time management, problem-solving abilities, and effective written, verbal, and listening communication skills while being a collaborative team player. Maintains strict confidentiality in the role of a quality control executive and consistently exhibits honesty, trustworthiness, respect, and flexibility.
