:With a developed, implemented, and managed strategic Mining account Plan, the key responsibilities will be centric to 4 key areas, identify and resolve technical issues, support and monitor product reliability and performance, Relationship, Process improvements & special projects
Identify & Resolve Technical Issues
Manage activities involving in-depth technical support and expertise to maintain performance and availability of customer machines
Manage and track all service letters and updates for equipment on site
Provide technical support working with Caterpillar and Technical services to drive improvement projects
Identify, report and support investigation, and root cause analysis on equipment failures including field research and data collection
Mining equipment condition monitoring: downloading and analyzing electronic information, contamination control/fluid analysis <...
