Overview

Senior Reliability & Automation Engineer to join Telia, helping run, improve, and modernize a business‑critical messaging platform. The role focuses on automation, observability, and applying AI to improve operations, incident management, and proactive decision making. Based in a cross‑border DevOps context, you will support messaging and IoT communications across the Nordics and Baltics.

Responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end responsibility for gateway messaging platform capabilities, from design and implementation to operations, observability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Operate, improve, and modernize the Gateway Messaging platform with a focus on availability, scalability, security, and operational excellence.
