Senior Rehab Support Worker – Older Adults

NHS Lanarkshire in Scotland is seeking a generic Support Worker to assist the Older Adult service in hospital-based rehabilitation. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to help patients achieve rehabilitation goals and support discharge planning.

The role requires experience with adults, mainly older people; SVQ III in healthcare or equivalent; strong communication; and a valid UK/EU driving licence. Offered benefits include generous annual leave and NHS pension scheme.
