Job Summary:

• The Regulatory Affairs Support Division provides strategic regulatory compliance plans and programs, especially for obligations of the Company under its renewable energy service contracts. The Division also provides timely and proactive initiatives onpolicy advocacy and government relations to ensure continued business operations, address operational requirements, reduce risks, and optimize opportunities for the company.
• In keeping with this role of the Division, the Senior Regulatory Affairs Officer serves as the link of the Company with regulatory agencies, quasi-judicial authorities, legislative bodies, and other stakeholders and partners, ensuring that the Company’s operations comply with appropriate regulations and are able to adapt to evolving policies and issuances.
