- Minimum 10 years' experience within the refrigeration industry.
- Relevant Refrigeration Technical Qualification (essential).
- Proven experience managing complex refrigeration projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Hands-on technical knowledge of refrigeration systems.
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
- Willingness to travel as required.
