Senior Recruitment Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and networking.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare recruitment reports and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, headhunters, and university partners when required.
