The Payroll Partner is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations while working closely with People & Culture and Finance teams. This role ensures accurate salary processing, statutory compliance, and a seamless employee experience related to compensation and benefits.
Role & Responsibilties Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees across India, US, Canada, UK, NL, Qatar and Singapore Maintain and validate payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, new hires, exits, salary revisions and bonus payouts from Workday Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, and labour laws Coordinate with C& P Partners (HR Business Partners) and Finance for payroll inputs and reconciliations Manage employee queries related to salary, bonuses & reimbursements on Qdesk Support audits (internal/external) and maintai...
