Position Title: Senior Recruiter
Location: REMOTE, only Colombia
Shift days, hours and time zone: Availability from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6 pm CST. (Some recruiter work from 8 to 5 CST and others from 9 to 6 CST but the candidate has to have availability in that time frame)
Benefit: Usually on Fridays they leave early but that will depend on the workload.
Job description:
The Recruiter actively sources talent into the organization. This position entails making outbound sourcing calls to recruit talent and work to source candidates in a variety of web-based talent portals, conducting recorded video interviews, scheduling, and assisting the Staffing Coordinator with facilitating the hiring process for candidates that are in the talent pipeline.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting.
• Experience recruiting candidates with a CDL (truck drivers, bus drivers, limousine drivers, etc.)
