Senior Recruiter – Logistics & Last Mile

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across the Last Mile and Freight Forwarding teams. The position is responsible for partnering with senior business leaders to attract and hire top talent, managing a high-volume requisition load, and developing proactive recruiting strategies.

Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess at least 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally in logistics or transportation. The role is hybrid, based out of various locations.
