Job Description
Job Responsibilities :-
Taking off of BQ quantity
Prepare and manage pre-contract and post contract
Evaluation of quotations / Supplier / Sub contractor Attend site valuation for internal claims and measurement of work done at site.
To prepare Client and Subcontractor Claim
Attend site valuation for internal claims and measurement of work done at site. Prepare & process of Material R.O .
Monitoring and supervise on project budget control & monthly progress claim. Prepare tender & quotation
Prepare Letter Award to subcontractors/supplier, Negotiate with client on final account
Any other ad-hoc tasks b Superior
Requirements:-
Posses Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Must have good measurement, pricing and negotiation skills and Microsoft Office
At least 3-5 years of working experience
Willing to travel & communicate effectively with project team
Familiar with JKR documentation & presentation added advant...
