Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Preston Job Type: Full-time Salary - £55,000 - £70,000 per annum We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing consultancy team. This role offers the opportunity to support the delivery of Quantity Surveying and Employer's Agent services across a diverse range of projects and sectors. It is ideal for someone confident in managing projects, building relationships, and taking responsibility for construction projects from inception to completion. Day-to-day of the role: Deliver pre-and post-contract Quantity Surveying services. Prepare cost plans, estimates, and feasibility budgets. Produce tender documentation and manage tender processes. Prepare contract documents. Undertake valuations, cost reporting, and change control. Assess variations, loss and expense claims, and final accounts.
