Senior Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor
Location: East Midlands (regional projects)
Salary: Competitive + package
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and highly respected main contractor delivering a range of regional build projects across the East Midlands.
This is an excellent opportunity to take full commercial ownership of schemes typically ranging from £3m to £15m, working within a business known for quality delivery, repeat clients, and a strong pipeline of secured work.
The Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the end-to-end commercial management of construction projects, ensuring financial performance is maximised while maintaining strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners.
You will play a key role within the commercial team, working closely with operational staff to drive project success from pre-construction through to final account.
