Senior Quantity Surveyor

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team specializing in multistorey building construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation contract administration tendering and overall commercial management of projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project budgets BOQs and cost reports
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate contracts
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering
• Manage interim payments variations and final accounts
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 710 years of relevant experience in multistorey building construction
• Proven expertise in FIDIC or other standard forms of contract
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
