Senior Quantity Surveyor: BOQ Expert & Cost Controller

Brickstech in Pakistan is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead BOQ preparation, tender evaluation and cost control across construction projects. You will analyze drawings, prepare BOQs and coordinate with clients and architects to ensure accurate cost estimations.

The role requires 6–10 years of experience, a solid grasp of contracts, procurement, and tools like AutoCAD, PlanSwift and MS Excel, and willingness to work on-site with travel as needed.
