This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in delivering a high-end hospitality project from construction through to final account. Key Responsibilities Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of the project. Prepare, monitor and control project budgets and cost reports. Administer subcontractor procurement, appointments and payments. Prepare and evaluate variations, claims and final accounts. Conduct accurate site measurements and valuations.
