Job Description
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for road and infrastructure projects.
Monitor project costs, budgets, variations, and cash flow to ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
Evaluate contractor claims, prepare interim payment certificates, and manage contract administration activities.
Conduct quantity measurements and verify executed work in compliance with project specifications and contract requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to support cost-effective project delivery.
Candidates must have proven experience in roads, highways, bridges, or infrastructure projects with strong knowledge of quantity surveying practices and contracts.
