Senior Quality Engineer

A leading aerospace manufacturing business in Redditch is seeking a Quality Manager to take ownership of product quality across its precision engineering operation. This position is ideally suited to either an experienced Quality Manager or a Senior Quality Engineer looking to progress into a management role within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 p.a.Excellent benefits including progression, enhanced pension, life assuranec and others. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving product quality standards, reducing non-conformances, improving manufacturing quality performance, and ensuring customer expectations are consistently achieved across the business.
