Senior Quality Engineer - Lead CAPA & Improvement

Boston Scientific is looking for a Quality Engineer in George Town, Penang, to lead structured problem-solving and provide engineering recommendations. In this role, you will review validation data, support quality investigations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering, with a minimum of 9 years in manufacturing, preferably in the medical device industry. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are required.
