Senior Quality Engineer - Application Engineering (Contractor)

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be embedded in an agile scrum team as the primary quality voice—responsible for ensuring that everything the team ships meets the highest standard before it reaches production. You will report into the QA & Standards organization while working day‑to‑day within your assigned scrum team, collaborating closely with engineers, product management, and peer QA Engineers throughout the delivery lifecycle. The right candidate takes personal ownership of quality outcomes—not just identifying problems, but partnering with engineering to drive them to resolution. “No bugs made it to production on my watch” is not a goal, it's a standard. This is a hybrid manual and automation role. In the near term, the majority of your work will be manual testing—but you are expected to own your automation as well, building and maintaining automated test suites for the features you test.
