Senior QS Engineer: Cost Control & Contracting Expert

Hypro Construction and Development Corp. is seeking a licensed Civil Engineer to lead cost estimation, BoQ preparation, tender management, and value engineering for multi-phase projects.

The role covers pre-construction through close-out, with emphasis on budget control, contract administration, and financial reporting. Based in Tanay, Rizal, the candidate should have QS experience on high-rise and horizontal developments and be proficient in AutoCadd, PlanSwift or BlueBeam and MS Office.
