Senior QA Manager — Lead Quality & Compliance in BPO

iOPEX Tech is hiring a passionate QA Manager to lead the Quality Assurance team in a dynamic BPO environment at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. You will direct QA staff, ensure adherence to QA protocols, and partner with Operations and Training to drive quality improvements.

The role requires 3+ years in QA management within BPO, excellent communication, data analytics, and mentoring abilities, with Six Sigma experience preferred. Shifting schedules and onsite work are expected.
