Senior QA Compliance Leader – GMP & Regulatory

Novartis is seeking a highly senior Quality Assurance Compliance leader to safeguard and strengthen our GMP compliance landscape in Switzerland. This role requires strategic oversight and confident leadership in a regulated environment.

You will lead the Quality Compliance program across the site, act as the senior authority for audits and health authority interactions, and drive a robust QMS with deviations, CAPAs, change control, and data integrity.
