Job Description
- Develop and implement procurement strategies focused on cost reduction and value creation.
- Conduct market analysis to identify cost-effective suppliers and solutions.
- Prepare inquiry documents for major equipment and services in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Perform commercial evaluations of quotations, and issue contracts and purchase orders.
- Monitor deliveries to ensure adherence to timeframe, cost, and quality standards.
- Manage risks, deviations, and invoice processing.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant guidelines and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Required expertise
- Bachelors or Masters degree in SCM, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
