Senior Proposal SpecialistThe Senior Proposal Specialist will work closely with corporate and regional buildings teams on developing and submitting proposals, leading marketing tactics and supporting business development initiatives.

What You Will Be Working On

Coordinate the proposal preparation and submission:

Read and distribute Request for Pre-Qualification/Request for Proposal (RFPQ/RFP) information to the pursuit team

Create and distribute the responsibility matrix with the pursuit team

Distribute requests for information internally, as required

Centralize and standardize RFP content

Set deadlines for content and manage

Strategize on proposal content and work with the identified proposal lead

Arrange and record proposal team meetings

Work with the proposal lead to draft tailored content
