Compensation
$80,000 – $110,000 per annum

Completing regular site inspections of properties including vacant units, building common areas and repairing deficiencies promptly.
Forecasting operational and capital budgets for properties.
Negotiating new leases and monitoring lease expirations, as well as reading, interpreting & preparing lease agreements.
Working with real estate agents and brokers.
Providing leadership and supervision to Residential Managers.
