Senior Property Manager -

Manage a well-established portfolio of 160 properties with the backup you actually need to do it properly.

You'll be working within a team of 10 which includes inspections, leasing and administration support — your day is spent managing relationships and problem-solving, not chasing routine inspections or drowning in admin.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience managing a substantial residential portfolio
• Confidence with PropertyMe and Inspect RE (or similar PM software)
• A calm, organised approach and strong communication with landlords and tenants
• Genuine interest in mentoring and eventually leading a small team
