- Major residential & commercial developments, including off‑the‑plan projects, JV agreements and development agreements
- Commercial & retail leasing across a broad client base
- Complex land matters adverse possession, easements (creation/removal), subdivisions, covenants and more
- Sales, acquisitions, DD
