Senior Property Analyst

Reference: PC -RC-2 Our client based in Bellville is looking for a Senior Property Analyst with 4 years-experience in property investments to join their team. Duties & Responsibilities EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent SECTOR: Finance BASIC SALARY: Market Related START DATE: Immediate Requirements Bcom degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field. A Property Investment related degree will be advantageous. 4 or more years of experience in property investment/property finance structuring. Experience in auditing, banking and/or sales and marketing will be advantageous. Driver’s license and own transport preferable. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
