About this Position

The role focuses on supporting project execution, including requirements gathering, workbook completion and validation, testing (UAT and parallel), cutover preparation, and training coordination. The position works closely with global project teams, vendors, and local stakeholders to ensure smooth and consistent delivery aligned with defined standards and timelines.

What You´ll Do

• Project Implementation Support (50%) – Assist in end‑to‑end implementation activities across assigned countries/projects, support requirements gathering sessions with local HR and stakeholders, assist in documenting, tracking, and clarifying business requirements.
• Support completion and validation of implementation workbooks/templates.
• Follow up on open items, action logs, and dependencies to support timely completion.
