About This Role
An experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee multi purpose‑built apartment rental developments within the company’s growing wood frame construction portfolio.
The successful candidate will lead projects through all phases of construction, from pre‑development and tendering through construction, reporting, and close‑out.
This role requires a strong background in wood frame multi‑residential construction, contract administration, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and field operations management.
