Senior Project Manager / Project Director

Exciting opportunity for a very experienced project manager to join a well-established Singapore-based construction company specialising in large-scale building and infrastructure projects, with a strong industry track record and a growing project portfolio.

• Lead and direct the full lifecycle of large-scale building, civil, and infrastructure construction projects (project value S$100 million and above), from pre-construction planning through to completion, handover, and defects liability.
• Take full accountability for project delivery — cost, schedule, quality, safety, and contractual compliance.
• Lead site management teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure work meets design specifications, quality benchmarks, and safety standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developers, architects, consultants, and regulatory authorities (BCA, URA, SCDF, PUB, LTA, NEA, MOM).
