We’re looking for an experienced IT Delivery Manager to join a major Oracle HCM Cloud transformation programme within a leading energy organisation.

The programme has reached an advanced stage, with integration build and system testing already completed, and now requires a strong delivery lead to drive the final phases, including integration validation, deployment, and transition into BAU.

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of critical integrations across HR, payroll, and field service systems.
