The Senior Project Manager leads and directs all aspects of assigned projects and initiatives for designated programs/services throughout Northern Health (NH). The scope of work focuses on managing highly complex projects and initiatives that have many interdependencies and high levels of organizational transformation.

Plans and manages initiatives, which involves coordinating multiple projects to attain an overarching strategic goal, including overall accountability for initiative resource expenditures, and ensuring outcomes are achieved.
