Senior Project Manager (New Estates) - 2 yr contract

You will work with various stakeholders (business clusters, land planners, architects, engineers, facility managers) within JTC and Government agencies to plan, design and develop new industrial estates for JTC, such as Jurong Innovation District, Punggol Digital District, Woodlands Northcoast and One-North.

To ensure the estates’ visions are met, you will conduct or participate in brainstorming, data gathering, evaluation and implementation of innovative initiatives in new industrial estates. You will also drive the design and development of the new estates and provide useful information like project briefs to guide team members in implementing the work.
